Contract position: A Project Administrator is needed for a diversified industrial manufacturer with market-leading brands serving customers in global commercial, industrial and residential markets located in the Maitland, FL area. This position will be responsible for providing project support to staff and providing general administrative duties as needed. No per diem available. No travel will be required. Requirements for the Administrator
- Provide general administrative support including monitoring calendar, invoicing, purchasing, setting up meetings, entering time and performing other duties as assigned
- BS Degree or equivalent experience / education (degree not required)
- Intermediate Excel user required (pivot tables and v-lookups)
- Construction field experience
