Contract position: A Project Administrator is needed for a diversified industrial manufacturer with market-leading brands serving customers in global commercial, industrial and residential markets located in the Atlanta, GA area. This position is responsible for managing bid coordination for the equipment business. No per diem available. No travel will be required. 1st shift. Responsibilities for the Administrator
Requirements for the Administrator
- Bid coordination consists of receiving/responding to customer & internal emails in a timely fashion, downloading job documents, creating opportunities, and communicating proposals with customers.
- Participates in meetings with clients and task members and identifies additional follow up needs.
- Provide general administrative support including monitoring a bid inbox, creating CRM opportunities, and coordinating/sending proposals to internal/external customers.
- Associate's degree with experience in an office setting is required. Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
