Process Engineer

Permanent position: Leading manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Process Engineer. This position is located near Ghent, KY. The Process Engineer will support plant capital projects that involve process improvements, sustainability, and new product development. Candidates must have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering. The salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $75K to $90K, plus an opportunity for a bonus. Relocation is provided. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

Responsibilities for the Process Engineer
  • Design and develop new process systems, revise existing processes, and develop and coordinate the implementation of projects
  • Analyze process variations, develop solutions and implement corrective actions, and resolve the root cause
  • Participate in resolving critical process and product problems with customers and vendors
Requirements for the Process Engineer

  • Must obtain a BS in Chemical Engineering
  • Strong experience with process improvements and development, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and six sigma concepts
  • Must have strong experience working on manufacturing capital projects and managing your own budget and deadlines

  • Full-Time, permanent position
  • Salary commensurate with experience ranging from $75K to $90K, plus bonus opportunity
