Contract position: A Project Coordinator is needed for a world class utility company in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This position will work directly with a management team responsible for multiple departments to provide technical and administrative support. Requirements for the Project Coordinator
- Work with executive and department managers to provide technical and administrative support on a wide range of projects. This support will include development and implementation of a project communication plan, tracking action items, preparation of project progress reports, and other activities as assigned to ensure the successful completion of the projects.
- Provide technical and administrative support to multiple departments which will include budgeting, monitoring and reporting progress on department initiatives, maintaining records of employee training, on-boarding of new employees, and other support related tasks as assigned.
- Five+ years of professional experience in a coordinator, project management, or executive level administrative assistant role required. Bachelor's degree in business required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. Experience in corporate budgeting, work management, and/or data reporting tools a plus.
