Requirements for the Construction Manager
- Work with internal stake holders to gather and consolidate the technical requirements, evaluate financial scenarios, and collaborate with our real estate and management teams.
- Gather requirements and translate them into a plan of the organization's workplace, production, warehouse/ distribution, repair workshop, and laboratory spaces across a multi-site operation.
- Must have extensive knowledge of facilities, vendor management, real estate, and culture. Must have previous construction and project management experience.
