Sales Engineer

Permanent position: A prominent, global capital equipment manufacturer is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer. The company is a global leader in the foundry and chemical industries. The company is poised for future growth, and looking for a self starter to sell into the foundry market. The candidate should have a proven sales record of selling into foundries. The company is offering a six figure + base salary with opportunity for bonus and commissions.

Responsibilities for the Sales Engineer
  • Manage long cycle time selling process
  • Understand customer's needs and interpret them for internal team to evaluate
Requirements for the Sales Engineer

  • BS in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience selling capital equipment in the foundry industry
  • Basic understanding of machine design and material handling
  • Ability to develop pricing and quotes for customers
  • Experience with large industrial equipment
