Contract position: An NPI Materials Program Manager is needed for an American multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related services and products in the Mountain View, CA area. This position will drive material and supply chain readiness for all NPI builds from concept phase to production handoff. No per diem available. Some travel is anticipated. Requirements for the Program Manager
- Identify and communicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans to ensure materials readiness for NPI builds as well as supply continuity into production.
- Develop and document global supply chain map for each product, including suppliers, procurement model, leadtime, shipment logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment model, and spares strategies.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of working experience with end-to-end supply chain management. Must have experience with analyzing supply chain and operational business.
