Mechanical Engineer

Permanent position: Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Mechanical Engineer. This position is located near Thiensville, Wisconsin. The Mechanical Engineer will provide supervision and direction to the Test Lab as well as oversee a small team of employees. The ideal candidate will have mechanical design experience working with pumps and fluid dynamics. The salary for this position is dependent on experience ranging from $70K to $100K, plus other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities for the Mechanical Engineer
  • Plan, test, and report performance tests
  • Assist with design and implementation of new lab fixtures and equipment as needed
  • Provide supervision and direction to a small team of test technicians
  • Engineering BOM creation
Requirements for the Mechanical Engineer

  • Strong hands-on experience with mechanical design
  • Experience working with pumps, motors, fluid dynamics, piping, etc. is ideal
  • Leadership experience to oversee a small team
