Service Coordinator

Contract position: A Resource/Service Coordinator is needed for a company serving customers in global commercial, industrial and residential markets located in the Norcross, GA area. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources. No per diem available. No travel is anticipated. 1st shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities for the Service Coordinator
  • Coordinate service resources and assign team members to project. Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
  • Generate Work Order Documents, dispatch technicians, and notify customers. Responsible for customer interaction/satisfaction. Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
Requirements for the Service Coordinator

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of customer-focused experience. Must have production scheduling experience.
  • Prefer experience with HVAC or other manufacturing fields.
