Contract position: An Operations Program Manager is needed for an American multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related services and products in the Mountain View, CA area. This position will help manage hardware product operations for our growing line of products including shipping logistics, product forecasting, management of distribution partners, and bill of materials management. No per diem available. No travel is anticipated. Responsibilities for the Operations Manager
Requirements for the Operations Manager
- Material management, scheduling with contract manufacture, and build planning. Product Lifecycle Management and Product Certification Management.
- Shipping/Logistics/Fulfillment of products to Distributors and Customers. Day to day contact for distribution partners and customers
- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of operations experience. Prefer an understanding of product lifecycle management. Prefer experience with hardware product development and/or sustainment.
