Contract position: A Mechanical Engineer is needed for a leader in electronics, healthcare, and lighting in the Rancho Cordova, CA area. This position will support assist in planning, coordinating and executing engineering projects. No per diem available. No travel is anticipated. 1st shift. Requirements for the Mechanical Engineer
- Support production lines by addressing Work Instruction updates, Non Conforming Materials and Corrective And Preventive Actions.
- Support audits and implement audit recommendations. Address complaints in timely and accurate manner. Analyze potential problems and suggest corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in medical devices strongly preferred. SolidWorks experience a plus.
