Contract position: A Document Control Coordinator for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the San Jose, CA area. This position will utilize a wide array of Change Control processes and operational enterprise systems' knowledge to facilitate and coordinate all Document Control and Records Management activities. Requirements for the Documentation Control Specialist
- Ensure proper archive, storage and retrieval of controlled documentation in a combination of conventional paper storage (library, file cabinets, etc.) and "electronic" file vaults on the PC and networks for quality system requirements.
- Assist Change Originators and Reviewers with implementation details related to Change Control process. Partner with Project Managers and Program Managers.
- Solid understanding of critical Change Control metrics and their impact on project teams' milestones and the business.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in overall Change Management process and provides ongoing support to cross functional teams in the planning and deployment of their change initiatives and activities.
