Very reputable, well established and growing manufacturing company is looking for a Spanish speaking Shipping Manager. This opportunity will be located in the Miami, Florida area.
Candidates need to be fluent in Spanish.
This role comes with a very competitve compensation plan commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $60k to $75k plus an annual bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities include all aspects of shipping and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.
? Provide timely and accurate shipping information to Management.
? Inspect all orders prior to shipping for accuracy, quality and proper documentation.
? Enforced and applied company policy and procedure and safety standards.
? Inventory control specialist
? Clear production area by securing and moving finished pallets; moving empty pallets.
? Documented actions by logging movement of supplies, materials, and finished goods
? Train employees on shipping procedures.
? Process/verify commercial invoices.
? Resolve discrepancies as needed.
? Monitor shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Selected proper freight carriers to ensure cost saving procedures
? Supervise and maintain press schedules of all personnel within warehouse.
? Order Fulfillment create daily outgoing labels.
? Manage driver routes and dispatched all drivers and couriers.
? Initiate billing paperwork, record deliveries and final counts on the outgoing job tickets.
? Inventory control for the warehouse, supplies, and consignment on a weekly basis.
? Obtained economic freight rate quotes while maintaining the best possible service
B.S. degree or equivalent experience/education combination.
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in Shipping within a Manufacturing environment
