Permanent position: Industry leading organization in the Food and Beverage Industry is looking to hire a Continuous Improvement Manager. Seeking to identify someone with a background in lean initiatives and Six Sigma training. The role is critical in improving / leaning out production/manufacturing. Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement methodologies and practices needed. The organization offers further development and career growth. This role comes with an excellent compensation plan commensurate with experience. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities for the Continuous Improvement Manager

  • Develop continuous improvement strategies for the plant
  • Develop and manage quality and continuous improvement team
  • Promote and apply continuous improvement / lean Six Sigma practices
  • Coach and train leaders in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
Requirements for the Continuous Improvement Manager

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a large manufacturing environment
  • Lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US
  • 5+ years' manufacturing experience and demonstrated success reducing waste
