work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
Provide support to medical device (IOL) and Consumables Global Supply Chain teams with focus on project management and analytics. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate deadlines and stats updates in a clear and succinct manner. Examples of projects that candidate will be supporting are:

  • Activities related to labeling change projects (MDR, DEHP, etc.)
  • SAP/IBP set up for new product launches (T lanes, RPA records, forecast validation)
  • Market specific launch checklists
  • Backorder reporting and allocation prioritization
  • eIFU submission process/ownership
Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, able to analyze data and present findings
  • Able to communicate effectively through both verbal and written formats
  • SAP experience a plus
Languages

English (Speak, Read, Write)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
