Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team of an established warehouse in Prince George that is taking on new challenges in the new year? Randstad is looking for an experienced English/Spanish speaking customer service representative to join our team in a temp to hire role. This individual will serve as a liaison between the customer and Randstad's client to provide the highest possible customer satisfaction and resolve any issues via phone and email.
- Input customer orders received via phone, email, EDI, and customer portals - Communicate delivery schedules and shipments with customers via EDI, email, and phone calls - Provide commercial invoice and export documentation for customer requirements crossing international borders - Interface with production planners in achieving on-time customer delivery by communicating new and upcoming customer requirements - Analyze customer delivery ratings and scorecards - Process RGA, credit, debits, and denials - Manage customer orders for direct ship program - Facilitate expedites with the DC - Process box and label orders - Maintain heavy email flow
- Fluent in Spanish (1 year of experience is required)
- Customer Complaint Resolution
- RGA (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Superior Attendance
- Microsoft Office Suite (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Ability to multitask with highly analytical processes
- Material Requirements Planning Systems
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Systems
