Managing the calendar of the CEO and the President. Scheduling meetings and managing ( travel, food, car) Managing the process and vendor relations with vendors, including negotiation of renewal or new contracts Coordinate travel Manage and maintain members contact information, renewal of agreements, and answer any questions/directed them to the correct person. Coordinate presentations, set up of the room, technology and needed equipment and supplies Coordinate Meetings Other projects as needed Help Team as needed Technical Experience
