Administrative assistant

Our client located in Ormond Beach, FL is home to one of our area's largest sales teams! They are looking for a professional Administrative Assistant to join their growing team and to help support their sales associates. They will handle anything and everything from greeting new clients, taking calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and managing the teams social media. This is a true temp to perm opportunity. 



Responsibilities

Opening the the office every morning and making sure it is ready for business

Greeting customers 

Answering phones

Planning events

Posting on social media

Working in a shared email inbox 

Processing paperwork
