Are you a planning, communication, and overall administrative expert? We are looking for a polished and professional Executive Administrative Assistant for our client in Newberg. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience assisting C-level Executves with meetings, agendas, communications, and other special projects. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executives in preparing for meetings
  • Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
