Company seeking an outgoing hardworking Receptionist who can Multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

M-F 8-5 with weekends off

-Customer service: Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and greet visitors in a professional, courteous manner
-Perform office duties such as handling of incoming and outgoing mail, entering data into systems, reports, spreadsheets, making copies, etc.
-Create and maintain files and filing systems
-Responsible for shipping packages through FedEx and UPS and mailing items as needed
-Assist clients with questions and general information.
-Organize and maintain reception, break areas, and supply room
