Enrollment Specialist

Are you interested in the growing industry of Health Care? Are you wanting to gain expeireince in an office setting? This is a great opportunity for you! We are currently seeking candidates to work with a growing Health Insurance provider during thier open enrollment season. This will be a temp to hire opportunity and a foot in the door to gain knowledge and expereince in a support capacity to new customers.

In this position you will be reviewing documentation for errors/corrections and following proper proceedures to make sure that the documents are accurately processed. Some customer contact may be involved, this is a laid back but busy postion.

Schedule: Training for this position is about 6 weeks, in which you will be working a normal Monday-Friday 8-5, from there you will be working on the floor with side by side traininger and leads to feel comfortable and confident in the postion. The team operates betwen the hours of 7 am and 7 pm and you will be assigned a shift based on a bid once training is completed.

Open Enrollment Period: The Enrollment period is exremely busy for this team, as such the team switches to a 7 day work week schedule starting around October 16th, you will still only be working 5 days a week but you will be working either Saturday or Sunday during this time frame. The schedule then reverts back to normal operating hours come January 1. You must be open and available for this schedule to be considered for the role.

The contract for this position runs typically untill the end of February, with a possibility for extension. 

Pay: We will be starting all candidates off at $16 an hour during the training period, successfull completion of training will result in an increase.

In this position you will be pulling enrolment doucmentation for Medicare, you will be reviewing specific documentation an checking for errors or missing information, any resulting errors could result in escalation of the documentation to the corrections team or reaching out to the customer directly to make the necessary adjustment/corrections. You will be responsible for handling your daily que, accurately and efficiently.
