Loan Processor

Does the idea of an open, challenging and collaborative environment put a smile on your face? A major financial company is looking for a Loan Processor to join the Customer Care team. This Support Specialist role will enter data and also take inbound calls for a variety of customer and service related issues.  



Responsibilities

  • Entering Data into Database
  • Fielding inbound serving calls
  • Redirecting callers to other departments


The essential functions of this role include:
  • working in a smoke free environment
Skills
  • Data Entry (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Customer Service (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Multi-tasking (1 year of experience is preferred)
Education
  • High School
Qualifications
  • Years of experience: 1 year
  • Experience level:Entry Level
Shift: First

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
