IT Help Desk

Huge opportunity for growth within a great company!  Looking for candidates with great customer service experience,  who can join our team!  The IT Help Desk role will start remote work from home, all candidates will be required to come into the local call center for orientation 3-4 days, then working from home while the Covid19 work restrictions continue.  After these restrictions are lifted, all candidates will be required join their teams at the local call centers in your area - Lincoln, NE - Nashville, TN - Bowling Green, KY - Oklahoma City, OK

This is an entry level Tier 1 Inbound role -  wage of $15.30 hr paid weekly  

This is a temp/hire role meaning after a 90 day probation period our client can hire you directly to their team!  This is where the opportunities are endless

IT Help Desk calls. Candidates must have 2 years customer service experience, be able to speak clearly with empathy to those calling in with client questions and concerns. Diagnoses and troubleshooting Level 2 problems encountered with personal computer hardware, software and peripherals. Documents service orders and perform follow up of completed orders for management information reporting and client satisfaction

End User Support (Hardware that included Video conference, Asset Migration, Standard Desktop and laptop, Printer, Plotter, Scanner, Desk Phone, Smarthand support, IMAC-D, Standard Applications like MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, Flash player etc. and customized customer applications like Catia, ennovia, patran, nastran etc. , Lync, Skype, Cisco Jabber, mobile phones -iOS, Android





Responsibilities



Learn the policies and procedures for their work area.
Some work may require discretion and independent judgment.
Diagnoses and troubleshooting Level 2 problems encountered with personal computer hardware, software and peripherals.
Documents service orders and perform follow up of completed orders for management information reporting and client satisfaction.
Coordinates user requests with external vendors according to policies and procedures.
