Administrative Assistant

Randstad Staffing is searching for an Administrative professional in the Fort Lauderdale area with a specific focus in Microsoft Excel! This is a Temp opportunity with an amazing, growing company, if you are skilled with Excel and are looking for a long-term role, apply today!

This candidate will be managing the company's internal database as well as heavily utilizing Excel (creating spreadsheets, formulas, etc), with extreme attention to detail and the urgency to accomplish the given tasks each day. The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and be able to work independently.

--Expert Level Excel skills  --Ability to manage a high volume workload and manage priorities effectively --Ability to quickly filter through the data, create spreadsheets, and formulas --Must possess PC experience in (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

-- Previous experience with Pivot Tables and V- Look Ups -- Ability to work quickly and accurately

Weekly:  Contact report tracking – MS Excel spreadsheets

Weekly:  Promo tracking – MS Excel spreadsheet

Monthly:  DPSM objective tracking – MS Excel spreadsheets

Monthly:  Parts & Accy. Summary for all Zones; plus Zone 7 monthly spreadsheets  – MS Excel  spreadsheet

Monthly:  Prepare monthly travel itinerary for Zone – Google Calender

CICS: Input promotional dealer orders – 10 key skills

Monthly Dealership tech/advisor from SPOC – Excel spreadsheet

Monthly Zone Newsletter:  Compose newsletter – MS Publisher

Official Dealer letters: As needed and monthly – MS Word

Maintain Dealer database for mailings – MS Access 

Maintain Dealer Personnel listings for all districts – MS Access

Purchase Orders/Check Reqs – TIRES

Office Supplies - TIRES – order as needed 
New Hires: Submittal of all necessary Online forms
