Randstad is seeking smart, friendly customer service representatives to provide first-level inbound telephone support for a client in Dania Beach, FL. In the role you will support customers by helping them with troubleshooting, answering questions and resolving any concerns they might have. We are looking for people that take pride in working hard to provide customers with a resolution in one phone call.
This role will start as a work-from-home role and transition into the office. You must have a PC Computer and high-speed internet at home.
Candidates are eligible to earn incentive for every call, but there is no sales required. Although the base pay rate is $12 per hour, most representatives earn an additional $3-$4 per hour.
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound customer service inquiries
