Customer Liaison

Does the idea of an open, challenging and collaborative environment put a smile on your face? A major distribution company is looking for customer service representatives to join the account management team. The Account Manager will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer and partner related issues and assist with new sales.



Responsibilities

- Account Management - Order Input in ERP - Inventory in ERP - Tracking Shipments - Custome Service - Provide updates to Customers - Inbound call management - Sales - Go getter mentality - Ability to work well under pressure - Fast Paced



Skills

  • quickbooks (2 years of experience is preferred)
  • Telephone and Email Etiquette (3 years of experience is required)
  • Active Listening
  • account management/Sales (3 years of experience is required)
  • Bi Lingual Spanish
