Our client in the retail industry is looking for 6 Customer Service Representatives to joint their team as soon as next week! The ideal candidate has experience in a complex call center using dual monitors and is able to make connections with customers to build rapport. This position will start working from home until further notice because of COVID-19. Their call center is open from 7 am to 5 pm and your shift will be schedule in between those time, Monday through Friday. Candidates must have capability of working from home to start off with.
- Answer customer calls to to learn about and address their needs.
