Administrative Assistant

A Government Agency in Downtown Phoenix is looking for a reliable and detailed office professional to fill their newly opened Administrative Assistant opportunity. 

This is a long term temporary position lasting at least 6 months. The ideal candidate is available for and comfortable with contract work.

  • The salary is $13.00 an hour
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009
Responsibilities:

  • Data entry for insurance and permits team.
  • Sorting mail, copying, scanning.
  • Calling insurance carriers and other contacts to obtain or relay information.
  • Entering data in an Access database and other web based programs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 Year Office Clerk or Administrative Assistant Experience
