Call Center Representative Inbound

The Call Center Representative position for the banking service center will work in all areas of retail banking including but not limited to: Checking and Savings Accounts Transnational Accounts Personal Loans Debit and Credit Cards Retirement Accounts



Responsibilities

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for:

Qualifying leads and soliciting orders for products or services over the phone
Entering details into a database system and follow-up with customers
Keep accurate track of client's needs and notates all information correctly into customers accounts
Respond to all client inquires and either solves clients problems on their own escalates problem to his/her Supervisor for resolution
Identifies opportunities to make product suggestions/referrals based upon the clients needs
Display etiquette, knowledge and solutions when servicing the clients account inquiries and conducts transactions in accordance to service standards
Maintain close adherence to the defined daily schedule to ensure proper resource coverage
Maintain a minimal amount of errors to ensure a positive customer service experience
Always adheres to all bank policy and procedures
