-Demonstrates working knowledge of the company and the department's workflow, procedures
-Demonstrates positive customer service skills and handles inquiries and problems
-Provides application and account status, maintenance, and answers lower complexity payment and policy questions
-Identifies application requirements and assists with origination processes and account maintenance
-Identifies the need to escalate for specialized activities when appropriate
