Office Assistant

Randstad is actively working with a fantastic client of ours in the Medical Device industry.  Our client is actively looking for a PT representative to help support their clients.  In this role you would oversee all of the client orders and handle all aspects of the order management process.  This includes data entry, inventory control, preparing shipping labels, and confirming shipment.  This is an ASAP need so please apply today!


Inventory management - office supplies, as well as shipments for vendors

Updating internal database - Salesforce a plus

Preparing shipments for pick up/delivery

General office tasks as assigned 

The essential functions of this role include:

  • manual lifting up to 25lbs
  • standing for 2 hours at one time
  • Inventory Auditing (2 years of experience is preferred)
  • Customer Service
  • Written Communication
  • Working Independently
  • Associates
  • Years of experience: 2 years
  • Experience level:Entry Level
Shift: First

Working hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
