A major luxury kitchen utensils company is looking for customer service representatives to join the Customer Care team. The Customer Care Support Specialist will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer and partner related issues.
We are looking for second shift representatives to start at 3:30pm on June 16th
Pay is $11/hour

Call center experince is preferred, customer service experince is required.
Candidates must speak clear English, also speaking Spanish is a plus.
Provide callers with a proper customer service experience
Listen to customer concerns
Follow company policies on handling customer service issues
All candidates must be able to work from home in an adequate work environment, that includes having a personal computer (no Chromebook) with high speed internet access, ethernet capability for PC,company approved headset to work hands free, and be able to work without personal distractions at home. Equipment will be viewed prior to start date in a mandatory orientation.
