Remote Customer Service Agent

Randstad is looking for a Customer Service Agent for a work from home position.  This is a four month project but could go longer.  Candidates must be availabe 7 days a week with two days off. Different shifts are available starting at 1 pm  Hardware: Must have internet that is hard wired into their devices  - no wifi Must have USB headset Must be able to pass a Type 30 WPM alpha numeric test  Must have 6 months min of inbound calls of any kind – front desk hotel, receptionist, call center etc 


Receive calls to assist customers with anything from placing orders and facilitating returns

Locate products and scheduling deliveries for all brands.

Efficiently resolve customer problems

Inspire customer loyalty and give them a reason to come back
