In this role, you are responsible for taking inbound calls from customers in regards to their policy. You will make changes, cancelations, take payments, or answer general policy questions.
Here is what you need to have:
Ability to answer inbound calls
Ability to work in a non-scripted call center setting (training will be provided)
Ability to deliver solutions
Excellent customer service skills
