We are looking for 100+ Call Center Agents that can WORK FROM HOME!! Would you say you have experience providing world class customer service? We have a company that is in need of someone with your expertise. This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be working from your home!! You will be receiving inbound calls and helping resolve customer concerns!
- Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Resolve customers' service complaints.
- Must have internet that is hard wired into their devices (no wireless)
- Must have headset.
- Type 30 WPM alpha numeric / 6 months min of inbound calls of any kind! Experience in front desk hotel, receptionist, call center etc.
