Administrative Assistant

Are you a friendly and motivated individual who loves working in a fast paced environment? If so, we are looking for a multifaceted individual who can successfully multi-task the day to day responsibilities of an administrative assistant.  We are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, has great computer skills, and has exemplary customer service skills plus accounts payable experience.

  • Proficient Microsoft office knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Perform data entry associated to accounts payable
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, mail and in-person


We are seeking a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.  Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, email and in-person.  Must be comfortable with computers, proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, must generate reports, schedule appointments, have prior accounts payable exprience, maintain financial accounts, update customer database, performing a range of accounting and clerical task that generally includes receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, tracking and recording purchase orders and processing payments.,
