Office Assistant

We are currently looking for an Office Admin within the Manufacturing Industry for a Part Time Direct Hire opportunity. This position will be starting June 29th and we are currently conducting interviews. 

Qualified candidates will have experience in Quickbooks preforming the following:

  • AP/AR
  • Invoicing 
  • Customer Service
  • Order Entry/Prepare Purchase Orders 
  • Expediting Orders

Responsibilities


Communication with customers (online business so most of the correspondence is through email)
Utilizing Word to create proposals
Invoicing using Quickbooks (basic knowledge necessary, the rest can be taught)
Entering orders
Entering packing slips
Emailing receipts to customers
Other office and clerical support as needed
