Office Manager

A building services company in the Airpark area of Gaithersburg is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative professional that will act as Office Manager for a small team. This role will be temporary to hire and become permanent for someone that is the right fit. The company has a small office team but contracts many individuals, so must employees are in the field. The individual will open up office and close it (hours M-F, 8 am to 5 pm), so it's important someone be punctual and responsible. This is a great opportunity for someone who excels at wearing multiple hats and considers themselves a jack-of-all-trades!  



Responsibilities

Administrative Duties: 
- Opening office and locking up in evening
- Handle tasks like copying, filing, faxing and data entry
- Pull Certificates of Insurance
- Manage contractor files 
- Payroll duties (data entry, ensuring time entered, etc.) 

Billing Tasks
- Enter in project invoices in system, ensuring accuracy of information
- Assign invoices to the correct project codes
- Print Checks
- Monitor bank accounts 
- Handle bank transfers
