We are partnering with a local company who supplies surveilence equipment. They are looking for someone who wants to grow their technical support skillsets, while also growing within the organization. They are a small team that supports large clients, so they will require someone who is a hard worker and atrue team-player.
Past experience within a help desk role of a technical/computer based company will translate well to this postion. You will be tasked with fielding inbound phone calls from customers and vendors in regards to basic technical issues with products (could include password resets, etc.). If the issue is to advanced you will then pass it along to senior technical support for assistance. Once claims are made this position will be required to complete all necessary paperwork to ducument the call. Training will be given for this position, however they are looking for someone with past experience and a quick learner.
