We are currently seeking a skilled Office Manager with bookkeeping expertise for a small office located in Wilmington DE. This is a full-time permanent position in an office environment supporting a manufacturing company. Successful candidates will have 5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper for a small team and expertise in SAP software. Knowledge of the clerical side of administrative, accounting and HR is a MUST!
- Purchasing and monitoring of all office supplies
- HR/Benefits administration for all employees
- AP/AR, vendor management, invoice issuing & processing
- Cash Receipts, bank deposits, credit card reconciliations
- Payroll Processing
- Month and quarterly closures
- Administrative duties as needed
- Accounting Coursework (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Administrative Duties (5 years of experience is preferred)
