Randstad is seeking tech saavy customer service reps for long term contract and contract to hire opportunuities! This poistion will be fielding incomong calls chats and emails from internal teams to help troublshoot any technical hardware or software issues and finding resolutions quickly utlizing the company's resources and tools.
If you are tech savvy, have experience with computers, troublshooting and love technology then this is the job for you!
This will be a WORK FROM HOME position for at least the next 5 months after which you will transition to the corporate office located in Brooklyn Park MN. This position will offer $15/hr with pay increases once hired on, and equipment will be supplied along with paid training.
Receive inbound calls, chats and emails from internal employees
Diagnose and support troublshooting in regards to software or hardware issues
Provide updates on when resolution will be complete
Escalate issues when necessary
Follow protocols and processes to fix any outstanding issues
