A large Manaufacturer is looking for an Accounting Clerk to support multiple functions within their Accounting department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Accounting experience and a degree in accounting or be working toward one.
Accuracy is very important for this role along with experience in an industrial environment.
This position is permanent and starts out contract to hire. The pay is $14-17/hr and the working hours are 8a-5p.
You will be handling data entry (purchase orders, vendor payables, customer invoices) and be floating between various Accounting functions.
- Data entry (purchase orders, vendor payables, customer invoices) into NAV
Accordingly will “float/support” various people within the Accouting department.
- Experience can be entry level, but prefer 2-3 years
- Accounting degree is preferred
- Accounting (2 years of experience is required)
- Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is required)
- Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)
- Invoicing (2 years of experience is required)
