OFFICE MANAGER

Our client is one of the nation’s largest insurance-focused firms. They maintain an excellent reputation, have a wonderful benefits package and are located in the Sandy Springs area.

As part of their team you’ll work in an environment where your entrepreneurial spirit will thrive as you collaborate with a highly motivated workforce and client group. This position averages 37 hours a week with up to 40 hours during high volume times.



Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support with assigned duties—answer phone and direct calls, greet visitors, accept deliveries, sort and distribute mail, etc.
  • Preparation and oversight of monthly and year-end financial statements
  • Manage and process general office and Partner expenses, as well as office Amex expenses
  • Support for Audit and Business Advisory Services Practices
    • Type and edit financial statements
    • Reproduce multiple reports for binding and/or PDFs
    • Client set-up
    • Administer rollforward and maintenance of audit online files
    • Administer formatting client proposals
    • Enter Confirmations for audit files
    • Manage scheduling
  • Manage Continuing Professional Education and independence compliance for Partners
  • Coordinate reservations with clients/office staff/potential clients
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of office activities/outings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and Partners
  • Assist with preparing client and marketing presentations
  • Project management for executive projects
