Office Assistant

Office assistant needed ASAP for company in the Seekonk MA area. Ideal person will be back up to all operations including phones, filling / invoicing, handling all internal administrative duties, updating database and dispatch. The ideal person would be someone who is extremely organized and takes initiative and can think outside of the box and pick up on tasks rather quickly without needing too much guidance.



Responsibilities



 

Every role is key and will have to wear many hats. On any given day could be project accountants or project managers.  Will back-up the dispatch position, answer phones, update the database, etc. Must be able to think quickly and work without too much guidance. Will assist with all administrative duties.
