A growing company, located in Fairfield County, CT is looking to hire enthusiastic professionals to assist them in their Call Center! This is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and is computer savvy (typing minimum of 35 wpm accurately). This is a full time, temporary-to-hire job opportunity offering training and structured pay raises!

Pay Rate: $12/hour

Shift 3:00PM-11:00PM

Typical tasks will include: order taking, appointment scheduling, computerized alarm monitoring, and administrative tasks.

Required Experience:

-Must be able to handle a high volume of inbound phone calls

-General knowledge of computers

-Typing minimum of 35 wpm accurately

-Proficient communication skills (written and verbal)

-In-depth knowledge of call center customers

-Minimum High School diploma  

Duties:

-Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily
-Perform all aspects of call center duties, including but not limited to greeting callers according to account specifications; record and deliver messages, furnish information, accept orders, and relay calls
-Assist in training of new operators when needed
-Provide efficient, courteous, professional service to clients following company policies
-Maintain courteous, cooperative attitude and display team spirit with all callers, clients, and co-workers
-Become proficient in call handling for all customers by reading the account information consistently
-Make general changes and updates to customer accounts
