Administrative Assistant

Do you have experience in administrative work? Have you worked with Contracts and agreements? Are you open to temporary work?  We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a 6 week temporary role. This position will be reviewing contracts, creating invoices and accurately posting and filing information.   



Responsibilities

- Assiting with contract process 

- Creating invoices 

- Properly billing invoices 

- Filing 

- Clerical tasks
