This is a TEMPORARY Call Center opportunity to work from home that will start in July and last until the end of August, or potentially longer. This is a TEMPORARY opportunity to work from home that will start in July and last until about the end of August, or potentially longer. This is an inbound call center position where you will be handling inbound calls from customers who need assistance with their unemployment claims. There will be a thorough, 2 week training and a thorough IT set up to get you set up to work from home - you must have all of the equipment, they will not be providing any equipment. You definitely will be assisting frustrated customers, so ability to work with frustrated customers is a must. This position pays $15.50 per hour. Hours are 11:00am - 8:00pm and you MUST be available to work 1 weekend day per week, in exchange for a week day off. Schedule is 5 days, 40 hours per week. strong attendance is required for this opportunity.
