This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be working to meet and exceed the expectations of customers. The ability to multi-task efficiently is a must. You will answer inbound phone calls, take payments, and follow up with customers via phone, email and fax to retrieve any necessary information.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Taking payments over the phone
- Making changes to exisiting service over the phone
- Maintaining a keen sense of organization with paperwork and filing
- Providing excellent customer service
