remote Call Center Representative Inbound

Randstad is looking for Remote Call Center represetatives for inbound calls.

Different shifts available: 1pm,1:30,3:30pm

Must be available on weekends 

Must have a windows 8,10, or a Macbook that is hard wired to the internet

Must be friendly and upbeat

Atleast 6 months of customer service experience is required

Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery informationProvide product information, review alternative solutions if an item is out of stock and place orders for the customer.Successfully negotiate and appease customers using a variety of methods established by Williams-Sonoma, Inc., guidelines.Check inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise

Perform other duties as assigned
