The Customer Support Specialist will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer and partner related issues. Must possess Salesforce or CRM knowledge with a high attention to details and be a team oriented support person.
Process consumer phone orders into an order portal. Operate computer terminal to input orders in Salesforce. Stimulate sales by making suggestions based on customer order and preferences and a high attention to detail. Respond to customer's questions concerning product by telephone or email. Resolving customer issues with a detail oriented skill. Facilitate customer returns.
